Dr. Chenelle Roberts and Dr. Sarah Parsons provide comprehensive women’s health services. These services include annual preventative care, contraception, preconception, fertility/infertility, menopause and hormone replacement therapy through all the transitions of life. They are trained in conventional diagnostics and treatment for gynecological conditions; and are also able to utilize extensive training in nutrition, botanical and physical medicine to cater a personalized treatment plan that uses the least force intervention while appropriately matching the severity of the concern with the treatment recommended.

Annual Gyn Exams

Annual exams are more than just care for your cervix – PAP exams may be due every 2-5 years depending on your and history, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t still come in once a year for your annual! The physicians at Docere provide comprehensive individualized annual care including a full head-to-toe exam and annual labs as indicated. Your annual is your map for you and your physician to identify and make a plan for the upcoming year to address any health concerns you may have.

Contraception

For those in a sexual relationship with potential for pregnancy, contraception counseling is available to figure out the right option for contraception. Your physician will go through the non-pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical (hormonal) options to help you choose. These options include: barrier methods (diaphragm, cervical cap, condoms), fertility awareness/natural family planning (BBT, cervical mucus tracking), hormonal methods (oral contraceptives, ring, patch), long-acting contraceptive methods (IUD – Mirena or Paragard). All of these options are available at our clinc.
